19th Malindang Ascent (Piduan Valley & Piduan Falls)

Don Victoriano Chiongbian is a 4th class municipality in the province of Misamis Occidental, Philippines.By land area, Don Vic covers the largest area in the province at 28,460 hectares of mountainous terrain. Don Vic is also the home of the Asean Heritage Natural Park, Mount Malindang. This year's featured destination is the curtain "Piduan Falls" (some calls it Piduwaan or Pidua-an). An approximate 2 to 3 hours arduous trek of the Piduan Valley will eventually award hikers with a pristine cooling waters of Piduan Falls. 

The place is worth visiting!

This is known as Piduan Valley, 2 hours more or less before  arriving, next will be the mostly downhill part before  reaching the river.

Mt. Pulag Climb

One of the foremost adventure destinations in Northern Luzon, Philippines - Mount Pulag is in many Filipino and international mountain climbers' must-do list or bucket list, if you will. Standing at 2922 meters above sea level (MASL), Mount Pulag is the highest peak in Luzon, the third highest in the Philippines. In any case, Mount Pulag is first-rate in giving the novice, the uninitiated, the newbie in mountaineering, hiking or trekking as much adventure and as much awe and wonder as the seasoned mountaineer.

1. Mount Hibok-Hibok is a stratovolcano in Camiguin Island in the Philippines. It is one of the active   volcanoes in the country and part of the Pacific ring of fire.

0730 Arrival at the Last Water Source

0900 Arrival at DENR outpost; rest

0930 Resume trek

1100 Arrival at crater of Hibok-Hibok; dip/rest

1200 Begin assault to summit

1300 Arrival at Mt. Hibok-Hibok 1st Peak

1330 Arrival at Mt. Hibok Hibok 2nd Peak

1400 Start Descent

1800 Arrival at Ardent Hot Springs - end of trek
